Deborah Davis started the business in Oak Brook, Illinois, in 1981, renting a space
in a large hair salon, doing facials, massages waxing and other services herself.

In 1988 she relocated to a larger location in Elmhurst, Illinois with her husband, Jeff,
who managed the expanding business. They soon added additional estheticians &
licensed massage therapists to the staff.

As the business continued to grow, they needed to expand and moved to the current location at 131 N. Addison Ave. in Elmhurst in October, 1995.

Over the years, one thing became evident-her chosen field was constantly evolving
and so was her business. Her education has never stopped or slowed down as
she became an authority on analyzing skin and determining its needs. She expanded on her talents, adding services such as permanent makeup, microdermabrasion and electrolysis.

Her involvement in professional organizations include having been
Chairperson for Esthetics Chicago (a part of Cosmetologists Chicago and the National Cosmetology Association) & past president of Tree Towns Business Professional Women (BPW).

Deborah also co-founded the Esthetics Network, a group of independent spa
owners, who share monthly educational programs and friendship.

She decided to take the CIDESCO exam, her industry's highest level of achievement
and international accreditation. She passed this in 1999, becoming a CIDESCO DIPLOMATE, one of her proudest accomplishments.

Deborah has served as Midwest Educator for Murad Skin Research Laboratories, one of our field's leading manufacturers of skin care products.

Her reputation has brought her to the media's attention on many occasions.

She and the day spa have been featured in articles in the Chicago Tribune,
the Daily Herald, the Elmhurst Press, the Elmhurst Doings and the
Elmhurst Independent.

Deborah has been a guest on WGN-AM Radio's "Kathy & Judy Show".
WGN-TV came out to the spa to feature Deborah on their "Morning News"
program. Deborah has also been on NBC, FOX-TV Chicago, CLTV, and on the "Lifestyles Show" on Continental Cable.

Deborah, Jeff and the staff are CPR certified.
